• Works closely with Donations Coordinator to stay informed about current inventory and help facilitate donations

• Develops press releases, newsletters, and other communications to promote the organization’s work offline

• Organizes and manages fundraising events, including securing venues, coordinating vendors, and overseeing logistics

• Coordinates with the Community Outreach and Donations teams to align event themes with community needs and donation drives
   

• Oversees event-day setup, vendor placement, and event volunteer coordination
   

• Ensures compliance with local regulations and permits for events

Merchandise and E-Commerce Coordinator

• Oversees the design, selection, and management of branded merchandise (e.g., T-shirts, hats, etc.)
   

• Collaborates closely with the President and Vice Presidents to ensure merchandise aligns with the organization’s branding and overall vision
   

• Coordinates with the print-on-demand service to set up product listings and monitor orders
   

• Manages the e-commerce platform, including product descriptions, pricing, and inventory updates
   

• Works with the Social Media and Marketing Lead to promote merchandise through campaigns and social media posts
   

• Ensures branding consistency across all merchandise
